Sure Way for Younger Looking Skin

If you read “The Perricone Prescription” by Dr.Nicholas Perricone you will see here that one of the sure way to have younger looking skin it to tried the Three Day Nutritional Face Lift which give you a way to achieved smoother and younger looking skin.

All you have to do is to follow this 3 day special menu.

Breakfast:

Drink 8-12oz clean and purified water.
One omelet made of 3 egg whites and 1 yolk or one piece fo 4-6oz grilled or broiled salmon.
½ cup cooked old-fashioned rolled oats(not instant oatmeal)

LUNCH

4-6oz grilled salmon or low sodium canned tuna in water or sardines in olive oil.
3inch slice cantaloupe and ¼ berries(the fresh one)
8-12oz of water.

MID-AFTERNOON SNACKS

2oz low salt chicken breast
4 raw unsalted hazel nuts/macadamia
½ green apple or pear
8-12oz of water

DINNER

4-6oz grilled salmon
2cup romaine lettuce drizzled in 1 tbsp olive oil and a squeeze of lemon
1cup steamed broccoli, asparagus or spinach with a serving of spinach in olive oil
3inch slice cantaloupe and ¼ cup fresh berries
8-12oz of water

BEFORE BEDTIME

2oz chicken breast or lowfat,low salt turkey
3-4 almonds or olives
8-12oz of water
You can drink more water if you want since being hydrated at all times makes our skin supple.

REASON WHY THIS MENU WORKS

The idea behind this plan is to eat foods that will control inflammation in the body which leads to wrinkles and exhaustion.

The meals are perfect balance of carbohydrates, protein, fat found in omega 3 and omega 6. A pro-inflammatory diet is high in sugar, salt and unhealthy fats. The more you consume these kind of foods the faster your skin will age.
